What inspectors usually flag

• Heavy lint in the duct or around the hood
• A vent that ends in the attic, crawl space or garage instead of outdoors

What we do

We clean the full run, replace the transition duct with semi-rigid metal if needed, clear or replace the hood, and take before-and-after airflow readings. You receive a dated report with photos to share with the buyer's agent.

If the vent needs to be rerouted through a wall or the roof, or a gas line needs attention, we tell you and refer that part to the right licensed trade.
