Dryer vent cleaning cost on the Seacoast
A standard cleaning with us is $149 flat. Here is what changes the price and how it compares.
Our prices
| Service | Price | Typical time |
|---|---|---|
| Standard vent (ground floor or basement, under ~15 ft) | $149 | About 1 hour |
| Long run or second-floor laundry | from $229 | 1.5–2.5 hours |
| Roof-terminated vent | Quoted from a photo | Varies |
| Condo and apartment buildings, 4+ units | $99–119 per unit | 8–10 units a day |
| Annual plan | $129 a year | About 1 hour |
What changes the price
- Length and bends. Every elbow adds resistance and lint. A long run through a finished basement takes more time than a short straight one.
- Where the vent ends. Wall vents at ground level are quickest. Second-floor and roof vents need ladders and more care.
- How clogged it is. A vent that has not been cleaned in years, or has a bird nest in the hood, takes longer.
- Parts. Replacing a foil transition duct or a broken hood is optional and priced before we start.
What other companies charge
National cost guides put a basic dryer vent cleaning at $128–272, with an average around $189, and long, multi-story or roof-vented runs at $243–471. Locally, chimney and duct companies that offer vent cleaning as a side service list prices starting around $189.
